SARMADINA REFUND/RETURN POLICY

At Sarmadina, customer’s delight is our watchword. We shall continue to ensure that our services and products consistently meet the needs, and exceed the expectations of our customers and partners alike. The following illustrates our Refund and Return Policy.

OUR TRAINING

We operate zero Payment Refund Policy in our training programs. Payment made for training and training kits such as manuals, tools, and other materials at Sarmadina De Beaute Training Centers are non-refundable.

SARMADINA PRODUCTS

There is no refund for or return of any item purchased via this website after delivery and confirmation from the buyer that the item is as advertised except there is a justifiable/lawful reason or complaint. All legitimate request or complaints are to be forwarded to : info@sarmadinadebeaute.com. Every complaint or request for a refund or return must be sent to the designated email address within 7 days of confirmation of delivery. All Payments for our products must either be made to Sarmadina Account Details or via our Third Party Payment Partner. Sarmadina shall not be liable for any payment made contrary to our instructions in this regard.

SARMADINA BEAUTY STUDIO SERVICES

At Sarmadina, bookings for our services may be made online. When a booking is made and payment confirmed by the Sarmadina administrator. The customer is obligated to show up at the sarmadina office for the said paid service. There could be penalty for failure of the customer to comply with the bookings’ terms and conditions after payment. Sarmadina shall not be liable to refund, fully, fees paid or payment made owing to the failure of the customer(s) to report/show up for the paid service at the booking time. As a matter of policy, any client who cancels booking last minute or fails to show up after placing a booking will forfeit 40% of the money/payment made. Such a client can EITHER reschedule her appointment/booking by paying up 40% of the agreed service fee OR make a request for refund of the remaining 60% of the said payment/agreed service fee.

Amendment/modification to this refund/return policy shall be effective from the published date on this website in respect of all purchases or bookings.
